Any one found a way of decreasing it, does healthy eating help?

If you've got dark hair and relatively light skin tone, a Philips Lumea may help. They are about £300 so I'd have a look at the reviews to see if it might work for you before committing. There is a lumea thread on here actually.

Another vote for the Lumea IPL hair removal system. I use it and it's fantastic. I am light skinned with dark hair. My sis also uses it and she has darker skin but it still worked well for her

Thanks guys. I have a mix lots of dark hair on chin but light hair every where else. Also some is light at the end and dark at the tips :(

I don’t think anything will get rid of the hair you already have except to remove it.
I don’t have pcos, although I do think I have s hormone imbalance even though blood tests cane vack ok, but I got laser hair removal on my chin and upper lip as the hair was increasing and was dark and coarse.
