Safe to get a filling if you have slight high blood pressure

Daft I know but suffer from anxiety.
Have slight high blood pressure but not on any tabs for it as it's under investigation by my doc I'm on new contraceptive tabs and to cut down and lose a bit of weight which I'm doing
I'm suposse to get a filling but getting my self worked up about it will it be ok to get a filling while having high bp

I’m pretty sure you’ll be ok. Only local anaesthetic used normally. Just mention your concern to the Dentist.

Perfectly okay but mention it to dentist, it can't be dangerously high if he hasn't prescribed medication.

Had a bp monitor fitted (hate the things prob the main reason for my bp being high when I visit the doc) tries my best to stay calm buy reading came back at 150 calm I was not lol bit since the change in tabs it has lowered though still thinking itsmore anexity

I'll defo speak to the dentist about it and hopefully it will reasure me

My DH had BP that was slightly raised at GP's. Bought a home monitor and it was fine. White Coat Syndrome I think it's called.
