Chronic headaches - should I go to the Dr?

I don't know whether this is something to be worried about. I have been having daily headaches now for about 2 months (started b3fore christmas). I've always had a lot of headaches my whole life but these are really bad and its everyday and im just tired of it. It feels like there s intense pressure in my head.
It also feels like all the glands in my neck under my jaw are sore and along my jawline up to my neck. And I don't know if this is normal or not but when I clench my leg or stomach muscles I can really feel the blood go to my head and all the skin tingle, I know clenching would bring more blood flow to the head but I was worried maybe I've got poor circulation and that's what's giving me the headaches?
I find I feel sick and dizzy all the time because of them, and it's a vicious cycle because then I can't sleep because of the headaches so then I'm tired and get more headaches! I can cope with a bad headache for a while but it's everyday and I'm just so fed up of feeling ill.
What could be causing them? I drink plenty of water, not really any alcohol. Is there anything a gp could do other than just say painkillers?

Probably bestto see your Dr to be checked. They will check blood pressure & check in your eyes & ears.
Do you wear glasses? You might need a different prescription or may need glasses if you don’t wear them.

Hope you can find our what’s causing them.

Acupuncture is supposed to be good for headaches. Also try burning some lavender oil or put a few drops in a bath or near where you sleep.

Go see your GP.
Lots of things can cause headaches,if you have had them every day for 2 months and you are feeling sick and dizzy that sounds enough to check with the GP.If they say you just need pain killers, fine but best to be sure you don't need anything else.

A good go will try and find out the cause, not treat with painkillers and nothing else. I get frequent migraines but a few years ago had an awful tension headache for over a week. I went to the dr and realised it started after a long motorbike ride with dh. I was so tense as I hated it the tension never left! He gave me a prescription of Valium for a couple of days and headache went.

Could it be sinus pain?

Thanks guys, I didn't know if it would out be a waste of everyones time to go to the gp

diamond I do wear glasses but it's a very minor prescription, and they are only about 6 mnths old but I think I will go back to the opticians just in case.
Thishatisnotmine I dont think it's sinus pain because it's been going on for so long and it's all over if that makes sense?
