Very sore sinuses!

I think the hayfever is kicking in so pollen must be pretty high at the moment.
Sinuses are very sore and starting to block and feels like bubbling pressure inside,the sinuses on the left are sooooooooooooooooooooo sore.
I have had Piriton ,anything else i can take/do?

I have sinusitis atm - have had it now for about 6 weeks and it's blimmin agony. I know it's not the same cause, but steaming really helps as does very very very strong pain relief. i'm on a very strong dose of co-codamol with much much codeine!

For beginning irrigators, buy a can of 'Sterimar' from your chemists.

It's just saline.

Instructions for irrigating come with it.

Believe me, it works!

sudafed

Try holding a hot flannel on your face where it hurts. It always seems to help for me.

It feels sore as in sore iykwim.

Hubby always find's sudofed (decongestant with painkiller) works really well.

cup of coffee helps too!

sudofed is my tried and trusted (except I'm pregnant so I am just left suffering with my bad sinuses at the mo )
