Why the fuck is it so painful

In September I got an implant fitted. All fine except it took until early December to stop bleeding - I literally bled from mid September til early December.

Thought it had settled down then started bleeding again 2 weeks ago. I thought it was my normal period but shit the bed it's getting worse. I'm changing a pad every two hours or so and the pain is almost exactly like when I miscarried. Definitely not pregnant (I tested just in case).

Paracetamol and ibuprofen aren't touching the sides and I can't have anything stronger due to allergies. Time off work in a hot bath/bed with a wheat bag aren't happening.

What could it be? How do I stop the pain??

Not convinced that there's a line. I've found in the past that it's easier to tell if you hold a very bright light behind it.

Regardless though, I think you should see your GP asap.

I can see what you mean about a faint line. I would probably see a doctor.

Anything after the time limit on a test could be an evap line. I’d test again with a link dye test ( much more reliable) but get a GP appointment regardless. It’s not normal to be in that much pain!

Thanks for replying. It is a miscarriage. Around 12 weeks and everyone seems very baffled how it happened with the implant in..

I've got naproxen and instructions to rest. Not entirely sure how that's going to happen with a nearly 2 year old and full time work.

How the hell did this happen. It was the same last time. Actively trying to not get pregnant but then knocking me sideways that I've lost my baby
