Pain when breathing - pulled muscle?

I think I've pulled a muscle in my back or side. I'm pretty sure it happened yesterday when I pushed the pram for an hour or so, while reading (DS2 was asleep). At any rate, both sides hurt, my left more than my right, when I breathe in sharply or deeply, burp, push the pram, or do a bunch of other things.

I've taken some ibuprofen, and will take more. What else can I do?

I haven't been using my wobble board or doing pilates lately, which is no doubt a factor here ...

i get that alot, normally it only lasts a day. not really alot more you can do other than have a hot bath and rest.

How do I rest it?

I tried lying down, earlier today, and then breathing really hurt!

propped up on a load of cushions, so you're reclining rather than lying?
