Any recommendations for instant energiser pills/potions after virus

Just that really, Already take Foxidex tablets but just need something that's going to give me some of my old energy and enthusiasm for life back. Anything that's worked for you.

Unfortunately you need to be patient - there's no quick fix to getting better after the flu, and if you try to rush it, you risk sending up with post viral fatigue which is the last thing you want as it could lead to me/cfs which is life changing, and not in a good way.

A healthy diet, listening to your body and resting when you need to would be the best policy.
