Wear and tear on spine advice

Mummytron · 18/01/2018 19:39

Basically I have an inflammatory arthritis and my last scan showed it wasn't active which is good. However it showed that I have wear and tear on the joint where it was active and this is causing more pain than ever. Consultant said to take 2 cocodamol 4 times a day and see me in 6 months.
I'm on a real downer that this is it now and it's just going to get worse and I'll need more and more painkillers. Can anyone offer any advice on whether this is the case or is there some light?
Thanks

Not sure about your full condition but I have a slipped disc due to wear and tear. It is also for life. I manage it my exercise and physio.

Have a look at using turmeric especially in golden paste form which is coconut oil, turmeric and black pepper. You have nothing to loose in trying it.
