Chest pain - when to see a GP

Today I have bad chest pain whenever I breathe in, it's mainly on the right hand side of my chest and goes over my shoulder to my upper back too.

What could this be? If it's still there in the morning would it be a bit dramatic to phone GP?

I feel fine otherwise

Query gallstones...? Gall bladder issues are often felt under the right rib often after eating and can radiate to the central rib cage and toward shoulder. Taking a deep breath in as you press under right rib can often provoke a response.

See your GP or a&e ,my brother in law had chest pain all weekend last year, went to chemist for indigestion meds,
Wouldnt see GP as advised by chemist collapsed 2 days later with massive heart attack, all through waiting to see
Too late im afraid
Never ignore chest pain, better safe than sorry

Chest pain completely gone so thinking it could have just been a strained muscle.

I'm very relieved
