My 4 month old has a developed a small patch of dry skin on his cheek. It appeared about 3 weeks ago and despite using Green Baby petroleum free jelly and Kamillosan it won´t budge. It is dry and sometimes looks a bit red but doesn´t seem to be troubling him. It seems to flare up when he is warm but some days it is barely even noticeable
I really don´t want to take him to the doctors´over it as I don´t think it´s anything sinister, just unsightly.
Can anyone recommend a cream or similar, nothing too strong!
