Side of boob suddenly painful (pic included)

I'm 39 and not bf and don't have periods due to having coil in.

It was stinging all day at work yesterday like when a bra wire is digging in when I had a look it was just a red patch.

This morning it looks like this and is still stinging.

Is it worth going and seeing GP? I don't usually panic but something just seems a bit off to me.

It’s worth seeing your gp I would say. Especially if you have a gut feeling about it in some way Flowers
