milk rash

what would get rid of a milk rash? dr gave me some hydrocortisone 1 percent but wasnt sure if i shd put that on her face

24 weeks! why did he give me hydrocortisone?!!!he did say MILK RASH!! oh no...so i shd just leave it twiglett?

I agree, I thought "milk rash" was really just one of those things and it goes away on its own. I certainly wouldn't put hydrocortisone on your baby unless there is a really strong reason to do so. It does have side effects. Save it for when your baby is in real distress. (I have a child with excema and only use hydrocortisone when it is really angry red and itching or bleeding).
