Flu vaccine - is there a difference in effectiveness between the live nasal spray vaccine and the killed-virus vaccine?

I've seen reports saying that this year's vaccine may only be 20-30% effective (or thereabouts).
Would this be the data just for the killed-virus injection vaccine?
Is the nasal spray vaccine more effective?

I think they just mean the h3n2 component of both is not very effective this year due to mutation of the virus. The nasal one protects against 4 strains whereas the injection covers only 3
