It feels like the bowel is all swollen and as if something is poking out far beneath the skin
I thought I had indigestion/trapped wind and a giant fart would sort it.
It hasn't, if anything it's worse 24 hours later 
- it's like constant discomfort with occasional sharper pain if I move less than utterly carefully
Using google I've ruled out gallstones/appendix as they're right sided things
