Cartilage more prominent on one side than other

Just recently the cartilage on the top of my nose is more prominent on the left hand side.

I’m getting conscious about it and worried it will get worse.

Any idea why this has happened and if it will get worse and what might have caused it. Currently have a bit of a cold and I am hoping it’s due to that but I am worried it’s going to get worse.

Have you any other symptoms? Anything strange such as sore joints or swollen ears?
