Hi I am new on here and am looking for some advise from women with Fibroids and if they have had success at treating them with removal of the fibroid, ablation and the Mirena coil. I have been offered this and am concerned if I am going the right route. I have had Esyma which appears to have failed as I have bleed twice within the three month treatment, so have been booked in for the mentioned treatment early in the new year. My bleeding has been quite random and heavy, currently on TXA to control it. TIA
