Have to have roots removed at dentist

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this. My dentist can't do it so he's referred me to another dentist. Now i'm petrified, i've read that retained roots can be very hard to remove and sometimes they have to remove a bit of the jawbone. Help.

Ask dentist for a couple of valium to help relax you if nervous.it will be fine

Sorry for late reply.yes the dentist can prescribe valium just make sure you have a way home ,no drving
