Ive had it done three or four times. As long as you relax and don't feel too embarassed it's fine. It feels uncomfortable at first but you get used to it. I felt fantastic afterwards and my stomach was flatter. My skin looked better too.

i'm just feeling really sluggish at the moment and think i'm overdue a good detox.i've been off antidepressants(sp?) for 6months now and really hoping to stay off them so looking for natural ways to feel good IYKWIM (ok so i'm sure there are better ways to feel good than having a pipe shoved up your arse!!)
can you remember how much you paid?

It was a while ago. I think about £40 per visit. I was feeling really bloated all the time, that's why I went.
I would definitely have it done again, and I liked watching the sh*t going through the tube

Haribosmum · 23/04/2007 08:41

I had a friend who had this done and she said the procedure wasn't that bad but afterward she had terrible stomach aches. Then again she has IBS and thought it might of triggered it off. She still said she would get it done again though. (She went though a little to much detail with me as to what came out as well - Yuk!!)

Ifonlyhewould · 23/04/2007 09:35

Take a look at Oxypwder. It has the same clearout effect without the tube! It's amazing stuff.

Oxypowder, how many tablets do you need to take and how does it work? Do I need to stay near a loo for the whole day?
