4 month baby being sick intermitantly (sp?)

Hi Just wondering if anyone can offer advice on this. My 4 month baby has been sick on and off over the past 3 days. Only once a day but he really chucks up everything in his stomach. Sometimes it's up to 2 hours after a feed. Seems perfectly fine afterwards though. Also he's been off his milk a bit (not taking as much as usual) and when I fed him a couple of days ago he was arching his back and crying as if something hurt. I took him to the docs and he said there was nothing wrong with him and it was just wind but he's never been a windy baby (since his milk was changed due to lactose intolerence) and his bottles are the kind that are supposed to prevent air being taken in. He also has kidney reflux and I was worried that this might be the beginnings of a urine infection? Do you think I'm worrying too much or should take him back to docs on Monday if this keeps up?

Could be teething as both mine were 'randomly' sick (i.e. quite a bit of sick would come up but then he/she would go back and guzzle more then not be sick again until sometime the next day) at the start of each tooth coming through. Also, a cold would accompany and some of the sick prob due to the swallowing of phlegm (Sorry if TMI).
But I would take him back to the Docs if you are still worried.

He's due his last injection on Monday so I will mention to the HV if still a bit 'off'. Only wants 2-3oz milk at a time and used to guzzle 7oz easy. Interesting about the teething, the two front bottom teeth have looked like they are ready to come through any day for about a month! But I though it was too early for teething so just ignored it. He doesn't seem ill as such, like I say just a bit 'off' and us mums (and dads) know our kids eh? Will see what the HV says Monday...

We are more and more towards the teething suggestion. Held a piece of cold melon in his mouth yesterday (I'm assuming this is ok?) and he was biting down on it and his face looked like' ahhh, that's nice on my gums!'. But isn't 4 months (and only just 4 months) a bit early for teething. The again he's already trying to sit up, could hold his head up from what seemed like the moment he was born and generally seems to be reaching milestones much sooner than ds1.
