I’m 8 weeks pregnant and been getting a few pimples on my face from time to time but nothing to write home about. 2 days ago I had a sore bit on my face near my nose, I assumed a nasty spot was brewing. Yesterday it was very sore but still no spot had appeared. Today still no spot however this sore thing has spread up to my eye and around my cheek, it’s red coloured and it’s very swollen!! It’s extremely painful to touch and it just hurts in general. What could this be? Should I see a dr tomorrow
