Off and on (mostly on) for the last few weeks I have had sore eyes, a dry scratchy throat and just generally feeling really tired and "thick-headed". No fever to definitely identify a cold or flu. No itching or sneezing to confirm allergies. I've been taking paracetamol, sudafed and neoclarytin but nothing seems to be helping much. Anyone have any experience of this?
