Hope you see this here. Just wanted to say thank you for the advice you gave me on regarding my running. I had no idea.
It's a bit of a sensitive subject with me as I was ill for 2 years with a damaged disc in my spine and suspected RA. By all accounts I should still be poorly now. But since getting pg with DD3 I have been ok, few twinges but nothing like I used to be.
Although I am better I think my body has some recovering to do still.
Power walking it is for me then. I think.
