Broken wrist recovery

Hi
Well nearly two months ago I broke my wrist quite badly and have had plate/pins in to fix it and currently having physio and exercises however still extremely limited movement and cannot carry or hold anything with my hand,also off work sick. I'm getting really anxious and think will I ever get use of my arm/wrist ever again as still have pain and swelling. Thank you for reading and any advice. x

How old are you, Monica? I'm surprised that you still have swelling.

Hi I dislocated and fractured my wrist 5 weeks ago.They had to operate 3 weeks ago because they were weren't happy.Im going to have the cast on for another 3 weeks.I have a lot of pain especially in my little finger side of my hand.When does it start to get a little easier pain wise.Im so sick of not being able to do anything and its getting me down.Thanks every one
