spot on inner eyelid, any ideas please?

DD has a small yellowish spot jsut on the edge of her eyelid, on the inside nearish her eyelashes. She is complaining that it hurts a bit, not sure if it is because it is rubbing the eyeball. ANy ideas what it is? Can I get something from the chemist or do I make a trip to drs?

I dont think it was, aren't they normally lumps under the skin of the eyelid?
