Has any of you had a Zoladex hormone implant wrongly injected?

I had my third Zoladex hormone implant injected two weeks ago, and since then I have been in pain. Because I train at a fitness centre three times per week I assumed the pain was from core exercises, as my personal trainer is pushing me. (That's what I am paying her for by the way - I want to learn Calisthenics)

However, today I went to my GP after two days of extreme pain and was informed that the nurse injected my Zoladex into my abdominal wall - instead of subcutaneously into the anterior abdominal wall - causing damages to my muscles which may take weeks to heal. 😰 Until then I will remain in constant pain especially when seating down and I can not complete my twelve weeks fitness training. 😨
I am gutted! 😢

I want to know if it happened to anyone else and how long did it take you to heal, please? I was unable to ask my GP those questions as I came to my consultation with my four years old child who has been taken ill.

I am contemplating going to A&E in the morning as the pain is at time unbearable like my abdomen muscles are contracting, going into spasms and when I seat the damages area is on the fold of my tummy. It hurts! 😰
