Oral thrush in adult - how to get rid?

Heya
Any advice gratefully received please. I got diagnosed with thrush in my mouth a few weeks ago. Apparently it's from my brown inhaler Sad. I've had it a while but thought it was part of a virus/cough I've had.
Anyway, I've had 2 courses of Nystatin but it's back. I know because I can see and feel it (and it's vile!).
If you've had this, what worked for you? Many thanks

I had this, had great advice from the asthma nurse at the surgery on techniques to help avoid it and eventually switched from the brown to another one for the same reason. I did find gargling with salt water, always using a spacer, and daktarin (the version for oral thrush!) did help but the switch was the best solution for me.

Have you been taught to rinse after you use your preventer too? I wasn’t for years! Now I keep it near my toothbrush. I use my inhaler then clean my teeth as I guess it cleans my mouth.
