A bit throbby, occasionally sharp, comes and goes over a day, worse in morning but always goes away with paracetamol (even if it then returns later). I can't really go to the doctors with a headache- what do you think?

Go to pharmacy and get a blood pressure check, usually if it goes away with painkillers its not blood pressure related. It could also be the start of a bit of hay fever.

DH has a BP monitor, its 130 and 79. Not sure how to write that but I think thats just about normal. I checked my BP because I had a nose bleed on Sat and thought it may be linked. Not heard of Hay fever thing though. Of course I think Ive got a brain tumour or somthing horrible like that -fret,fret. I'm not a headache person you see. The ones I have had have been above my eyes not round the side behind one ear.

Have you hurt your shoulder or back? I get a headache in that area if I pull something in my back.

We have been putting up swings for the kids and have been working hard. So Perhaps. Do yours last for a few days?
