DH has far too many.
Feel ashamed but they make me heave!

Also he has large hairs growing from ears
Have pointed it out politely...

Need to nag?

Or do it for him?

How to get him to preen without knocking him too much

he can easily get skin tags removed by the doctor, less chance of them get caught on something.

As for the ear hair, buy him one of those ear hair shavers.

and if he doesn't use the shaver, threaten to pluck them out

give him a ball of string.

and some ear clippers.

my dh had one removed by his gp, no problem, no scarring.

I have only ever had a couple and I tied cotton round them,tied it as hard as I could and they came off-easy.

whoosh - another mumsnetter did that and it took days.

mine are all over my neck and visable.

i dont like them. the thought they make people heave hurts.

i dont have the bottle to tie them off atm.

whoooosh, did it come off straight away and did it hurt at all. I've got a couple but I'm a big wuss.

Came off straight away and didn't hurt at all-try to use very fine (but strong) cotton.
Mine weren't very big but was glad to get rid of them.

DH does have lots and i do go squiffy when i touch them, esp when trying to be intimate.

Thanks Belgo and Whoooosh, will see if he will go to gp, dh doesn't like them either.The question really is...how to motivate him do something without upsetting him?
