Heat rash or rubella rash?

Can anyone advise if there is any easy way to differentiate between a rubella rash and a heat rash? DD#2 is just 12mths and not yet vaccinated for MMR. They have had a rubella case at the nursery but I'm not sure exactly how many days ago as DH didn't read the notices properly that they put up last Friday. Today in this nice warm weather she has a mild pink slightly raised rash over her trunk and legs, but seems fine in herself. I am hoping and thinking this is simply a reaction to the heat but I don't want the nursery sending her home tomorrow with it either! I'd like to be able to feel confident when I take her in to tell them it is just a heat rash - also for the safety of the other kids and mums there too.
Thanks
