4 days late - is this normal?

I am 4 days late coming on my period. I am definantly not pregnant. Is this normal? My cycle is usually regular.

I keep worrying about this. Does this happen to other people?

I am occasionally a couple of days late. Stress, usually.

Joan if you are definetly not pregnant then yes i think it is normal. My periods are extremely random,
infact i haven't had one for 7 weeks, i think, maybe more. I don't even bother worrying about it. Years ago i went to the doctor who said it was completely fine. I am sure if you are as regular as clock work it is stressful but it can be quite a normal and healthy thing.
