Could be mittelschmerz? Pain on ovulation isn't uncommon.

This happens to me as well. April was particularly bad for me. It was definitely mid way in the month for me and I suffered as if it was the monthly bleed.

Happens regularly for me but April was the worst. May away well was bad. July was another though month with tummy cramps, nausea and toilet trips.

Let me know if you find anything that helps this.

I get this too and i get really bloated and crampy. Usually lasts about 4 days

I have ibs but it's really bad just before my period.
You can buy buscopan to help the stomach pain and lemoprimide to stop the loose stools.
