Virtual hand hold request ! So many fellow sufferers of frozen shoulder/bursitis have really helped on here by sharing experiences and offering advice. I will post after It's done as it may help others Smile

Well the procedure went well and wasn't half as bad as I'd feared. The worst part was the anaesthetic going in and after that it was like a dragging feeling more than anything. Afterwards my fingers were numb which was frightening for me as I have MS and this happened at the start of a relapse a long time ago, but they're back to normal now so that's ok. I also didn't expect range of movement to slightly improve almost immediately, so that's a pleasant surprise.Now got physio on Monday so will see how I progress from there...if anyone has any questions around my experience of frozen shoulder, please feel free to ask and I will help all I can
