I've had mirena coil for approx two years.
In that time my heavyweight hideous irregular periods have petered out almost entirely.
Every now and then I have tearfulness, mood swings and some pelvic pain but no bleeding.
I've been ill this week with a bad cold but on top of these severe pelvic pain. t has felt a bit like ovulation and. Mainly in left hand side, felt very fallopian.
I've been super bloated and had some wind but pretty normal bowel movements so not constipation.
So part of me thinks wind although have been 'releasing' 
wind
I'm not sure if it's coil related or to do with bowels?
I don't want to get to gp for the moment to say you just need a big fart but the pain is excruciating today, on a par with previous miscarriages.
Does anyone have any experience of this?
