Feeling sick when you have AF

KnayedFrot · 10/04/2007 20:58

For the second night running I feel lousy, it's like morning sickness!

It must have something to do with my period, I think i had it last month or the month before, but this time it's really bad.

I don;t know whetehr to eat, or not eat!

Anyone else get this?

I have had something similar the last few months. One month I felt nauseous 2 weeks prior to my period (so much so I worried I might be pg!), and the next month I felt dreadful the day my period started. Are you getting enough sleep? I find this makes it worse.

Thanks BB.

I have been cutting our wheat for the last 2 months to avoid the bloat as I have endometriosis and wouold normally happliy eat a loaf of bread a day the week before AF.

The bloating has virtually disappeared but I seem to have nausea instead!

It came on after my evening meal, but am about to try a cracker now

here!

That's interesting belgianbun, I am also still bf and not getting as much sleep as I need, which I think is a contributary factor.

Am currently drinking some camomile & spearmint tea which is very relaxing

I'd better got to bed then!

I am not particularly sleep deprived atm, but any excuse for more sleep!
