Tender Boobs

ilovejared · 09/04/2007 20:48

For the past few nights everytime I take my bra off my 'boobs' seem really heavy, sore and tender, like as if they're full of bruises but they're not.

Does anyone else get this? is it worth a trip to the doctor or just a passing thing that will stop on its own?

Possibility of being pg? ANywhere near the time of the month?

PeckaRolloverAgain · 09/04/2007 20:49

The only time I feel like this is pmt or pregnancy.

Any chance of either of these?

ilovejared · 09/04/2007 22:41

pmt maybe...I've been having the stomach cramps and back pains for the past week or so so maybe its just that time of the month...

No chance of pregnancy!

Had this several years ago - doc said it was a hormone imbalance. It passed after a while and I got something from my homeopath to help. Can't remember for the life of me what it was though! Sorry -no help at all really!

Ooohh yes,yes
Last few months, have been getting pmt 2 weeks before period, boobs are really painful, mood is awful and also period pain......went to gp,said it was just ovulation pain and pms, and gave me prescription for prozac. Which i haventhad dispensed yet.
Always suffered from pmt but never from boob pain like this!
Keep yelling whenever the dc touch them

Hope you can get yours sorted

Prozac? I thought that was an anti-depresant.. I've been terrible lately, just lose my rag over stupid things, snapping at the kids constantly and just want to be left alone lol

I've never suffered with PMT before so I suppose I've been a bit slow in realising that its connected.

Never really thought about going to the doctors about it but it would improve "everyones" life if I did get it sorted!

yep ilovejared,
prozac supposed to be good for pmt, but mnetters suggested agnus castus, herbal stuff which i'm taking instead.
