Friend freaked me out about lymes disease

I've been away in Sussex, walking dog in woods and across fields, without much interest in paths (there weren't any). Friend mentioned lymes disease. Should I be worried about this? I wore either trousers tucked into knee high wellies and an anorak or else a dress and tights and wellies and anorak. I've checked my body, no bites. I've checked dog, nothing...

But she's sown the seed...

It's very, very unlikely. If you are still worried, just keep an eye out for the very distinctive marks it leaves - like a bullseye.
