Nasty horrible eczema patches on friends body.........

She has dry patches all over, particularly bad around her waistline and shins and is using Eumovate & diprobase. I am advising use of oats in the bath and Aveeno afterwards.

Is there anything else that you can recommend on an adult. She also has steroid cream.

I am loving bio oil atm. gets rid of all dh's dry patches.

That sounds like psoriasis. The only thing I have found that works for that is a steroid cream.

It is thought to be stress related, so reducing stress (in my case leaving a stressful job) should help.

Also, pregnancy hormones will help to lessen or even eradicate psoriasis. Not sure that is an option though...

Psoriasis is usually symetrical on the body.
