Can my son have his men b booster somewhere different to the first 2 injections

We paid for my youngest to have the men b jabs privately, and because he had them under 2 he needs the third booster injection. When he had them done the supply of the vaccine was quite limited and we ended up traveling for nearly an hour to a citydoc for the first two jabs. Now he is due his third and it is much more widely available so I could get it done in a nearby boots. (And for cheaper!)
I was just wondering if anyone knew if there was any reason it had to be done in the same place as the first ones? Is the booster injection different in any way to the initial jabs?

Thank you!

I don't think it would be a problem to have it done at a more close cheaper place as long as the brand was the same! We had some travel vaccinations for us and our children and had to have follow ups a year later. These were done in a different country but with the same brand of vaccine. Give boots a call and see if they do same one. Good luck

bring your vaccination record and they should be able to tell you as the brand name and lot will be recorded.

I think it should be fine as long as you bring a record of it.
