Just found lump on ds neck!

Have found a lump on ds 14months neck, he has just developed a cold and was wondering if it might be his glands, does anyone hhave any ideas what it could be?

Is it below his ear ? If so then yep more than likely his glands.

Yeah below his ear, thanks thats reassuring, other than a stuffy nose he seems to be fine, no other symptons.
