I'm 35 and don't do, and never done, enough exercise (Pilates once a week but no cardio), have a sedentary lifestyle, overweight, etc.
My heart rate is 60 which, according to Dr Google, is on the low side. Isn't this a bit weird???
I know I should get off my backside but this measurement helps me give myself another reason to not exercise.
Someone please tell me to get off my arse and be more active!
