Pain in lower abdomen, lower back and flanck.

I know I should go to my gp and I will go but anyone has experienced this ? I'm not having weird discharge but it feels like a period pains, constant periods pain plus the pain on my right hip.

Sounds like it could be a kidney infection to me. So yes you need to go to a doctor. I had this and was told the pain can also be anywhere between the kidneys all the way down to the urethra. I also felt 'unwell' as nothing I could put my finger on, but just not myself, a bit weakish.
