The area underneath my one eye twitches. It's driving me mad. Just started last week. DD2 is 6 months old. Does anyone know what I can do or take to stop the twitching. Please, any help at all. Is it a vitamin deficiency or dehydration? TIA

here is some info on eye twitching but i think if it is bothering you at all, or there are any other symptoms, a quick chat with the doctor will help... even if it is for him to say, dont worry!

best wishes

It's annoying, isn't it? I get it when I'm overtired or stressed. It eventually goes.

Many thanks, rosies. Will look at the website now. More soon.

oh, it's such a nuisance - I get it when I've not slept well (that's every day at the moment it seems!). Haven't found a cure yet but at least it's barely visible.

According to rosies article, it is caused by stress and worry - perhaps from job dissatisfaction or a bad relationship. And it seems that there's nothing I can do except try no to think about it and try to relax. Thanks for the advice!

but does that make sense to you? in as much as stress and worry? with a 6 month old, i wouldnt be surprised.

however, if you are at all worried, go to the doctor. its better to have them tell you it is stress and worry then not go... and get stressed and worried about it

best wishes

this is just superstitous rubbish, but my DH swears by it...when left eye twiches its meant to bring good luck, when its the right eye then its bad luck ..
