I've read a few threads saying that naproxen can cause stomach problems and I was taking omeprazole with it to protect my stomach. After a week of taking both, I developed stomach ache yesterday so I have stopped taking the naproxen. I am still taking omeprazole as my stomach is still sore.
I was wondering how long the effects of the naproxen will last? I also didn't realise that I needed to take the omeprazole 2 hours before the naproxen - GP just said to take both.
