Out of date senokot

Whoops- I've just taken two senokot and realised they went off in June this year

Am I in for a horrific night? I very rarely need them but I'm massively stressed and haven't gone for two days. Not pregnant.

No. You'll be fine.

It goes off a bit, but senna lasts for years retaining adequate action (family packs used to be in bathroom cupboards for decades)

If it's somehow formulated these days that it does gp off, it'll not harm you for taking it but it might not work.
