UCLH Macmillan Cancer Centre - NHS & Private

Does anyone have experience of being treated at the UCLH Macmillan Cancer Centre (London) either privately or NHS? I may be able to go private initially then switch to NHS, but am mostly interested in NHS side of things.

I'm currently being treated elsewhere for Breast Cancer and although I am happy with my Oncologist & the Registrar, the waiting times / Hospital organisation is a total shambles and it's caused quite a few problems.

I am looking to move to a different London hospital which doesn't have a massive waiting list for treatment times and which runs efficiently once treatment has started. How does UCLH Macmillan fare in this regard?

Also, if anyone has any recommendations for specific Oncologists at UCLH that would be great (I might book a private appointment initially).

Obviously I've considered the Royal Marsden as well, but that's for another thread.
