Toddler poo!

Can anyone put my mind at ease?
DS2 was had sickness and diarrhea at the weekend ( lots of liquid poo!poor thing!!). He now seems better and his poo is normal shape and size but a cream coloure! any ideas why?

when we have a tummy bug the gut moves food through a lot quicker in its attempt to empty out its contents and the bugs with it, that is partly why we get diarrhea/vomiting etc pale coloured poo is sometmes seen after an episode like this and the reason is that the poo hasnt been in the area of the bowel long enough where bile and other things get added. Bile gives poo its brown colour.

There are a number of other causes for light colored poo but there are usually other symptoms over a longer period of time. Because your son is just recovering from a tumy bug it is likly to be down to this... but if it carries on for a long time or there is other symptoms you are not happy with get him checked out..

oh this is getting confusing... which thread are we on? want to keep bumping the fire alarms one.. birthday was ok. film was 'severance'. funny and scary. got delivery dinner. having proper birthday on sunday so dc can have my birthday with me (feigned illnesses yesterday in attempt to get out of going to school!)
