Been like it for over a year. When I move my right leg from being bent to being straight it audibly and slightly painfully clunks.
The more exercise I do the more painful it is.
I've been seeing a physio and a chiropractor for month and they both say it's a problem with my SI joint and that it's fixable. Im spending a fortune and it's no better. Am doing all the exercises they've given me and had some acupuncture.
Anyone had similar and did it ever improve?
