Are my symptoms worth a visit to the gp?

Im not one to go to the doctors for any old issue and I am aware of how stretched gp surgeries are so I'm asking if anyone out there thinks my list of random symptoms are worth bothering the doctors with:
Aching joints, like my bones hurt, wrists and thumbs, hips and elbows pretty much all the time and knees and ankles on and off. It's not agony but I'm taking ibuprofen a few times a week
Waves of tiredness, like I could put my head down and sleep forever, but it passes reasonably quick
Tightness across my chest, a few times a week, like I can't take a full deep breath , but again it passes after a few minutes

So does anyone think its worth getting checked over? If it makes a difference I have a 10 month DD, and I've lost about 5lbs recently

Yes is worth visiting the GP to have your hormone levels checked via blood tests. Your thyroid levels should certainly be measured.

Ask to be tested for Vitamin D levels too.

Go to the GP, but don't tell them what they should check for. Just tell them all your symptoms. Make a list of you think you might forget something.

A list is a good idea
