Breast clinic appointment - lump away

A few weeks ago I found a painless lump on my breast. Went to GP who referred me to a breast clinic. The appointment is today but the lump disappeared a couple of weeks ago.

Should I still go or is it a waste of time?

Thanks I went and had an ultrasound and everything is fine, thank goodness
