And to book a smear test (3years overdue) but don't know how I will actually do it due to SPD!

lol CF, sounds like a good idea, but I know it's going to be another 3weeks before I have an appointment so I'll be s*ing myself for those weeks!

I'm trying to be reffered to someone who knows a bit more about the SPD, but I'll probably come away thinking that the Dr is right, and there's nothing anyone can do!!
